1. A "black comedy" doesn't (necessarily) have blacks in it, nor is it particularly funny. This lesson came after we saw Six Degrees of Separation together. 2. Words don't disappear from your vocabulary as if falling off a cart rattling down a hill. 3. Who said you're entitled to be happy and have everything go perfectly all the time? (A thought, though on its face negative, that can be quite liberating and therefore increase happiness.)
