I met Dr. Knotts in the early 60's. He was a faculty adviser to my frat, which was SLS. His obit was right on. I found him to be very interested in the things we did in the frat. He would attend all the basketball games & let me know when I messed up. He said he was very impressed with my walk away after I made a jump shot. I did, for a time, work for him cleaning his apartment.I think he hired me so I would have extra spending money. I came back to albany to work in 1969. We kept in touch for some time, seeing him at SPAC etc. but I lost track of him & have wondered over the years where he was & hoping he was well. Thanks to you Timothy for the obit. He was & will be missed. Fay Richardson
